I hope you won’t mind if I ask you one more question. What was the exact cause of the death of Walter Tetley? I understand that it is possibly related to his motorcycle accident, but I would be interested to know further details, if you know the answers.

The injuries and problems, sustained from the motorcycle accident most likely had very little to do with his death. A copy of his death certificate states that the cause was gastric carcinoma, which is stomach cancer. He only lived a few months (or even weeks) after the diagnosis of this.
I’m not sure if the stomach cancer may have been brought on by something else, that I just learned about, the last month or so, from two others readers. Though I thought that he had had hormonal treatment, in the 40s, there are actually two readers who have told me that he had such treatment later on in life, which caused him to grow a great deal taller. Originally I had read that he only grew a few inches. There are now some theories, out there, that he grew to an incredible height, for someone his size, in a relatively short period of time. There is also speculation that this wreaked havoc on his body……….Who knows; maybe this may have contributed in some way, to the cancer.
At any rate, we know for sure that he died of stomach cancer. We do not know, 100%, just how tall he grew, and how late in life he was undergoing such treatment.
